Vijay Kumar, 30 years old, Indian descent, is a fledgling private detective – and already disillusioned. His first client is a difficult woman with a missing cat. With the help of Indian whisky and a generous helping of self-irony, he manages to combat incipient doubts regarding his choice of profession.
His second job promises just as little in the way of fame or fortune, however: the teenaged Ness is worried about her drug-dealer boyfriend Philipp. Half-heartedly, Vijay asks around in the drug scene, not realizing that he himself is in danger until he stumbles over a corpse. The chase begins – from Zurich’s posh banking district to the isolation of an alpine chalet.
