Natalie Colln is found murdered on a rubbish tip. At the same spot 24 hours later Sven Hardbeck is the victim of a fatal car crash. Sven, son of a waste diposal contractor, had been a friend of Natalie. Then a Pole, Ladislaw Bronski, is arrested. He had his truck loaded with barrels and instructions to dispose of them in the woods. Ladislaw had also known Natalie. It soon turns out that Sven had not been alone in his car at the time of accident. Could it be that Natalie’s death is somehow connected to the multi-million-pound rubbish contract that Sven’s father wants to win for his company?
Journalist Siggi Baumeister and his friends Rodenstock and Emma have to dig deep to shed some light on the unusual events.
